1. About us

2. Products and handmade variation

Our furniture is made from natural timber and many pieces are made after an order is placed. Grain, knots, texture, colour and small dimensional differences are natural characteristics, not defects. Product images show the design and finish as accurately as possible, but screens and lighting can alter colour.

3. Ordering and contract formation

Before payment you can review the product, selected options, quantity, total price, taxes and delivery charge. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we confirm the order. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

4. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in euros. The final checkout shows the amount payable, including applicable VAT and delivery. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card details. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order and will give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. Customisation and customer information

You are responsible for checking measurements, access routes and selected options before ordering. Custom dimensions or specifications agreed in writing become part of the order. Work may begin after payment, so changes requested later may not be possible or may involve an additional cost.

6. Production and delivery

Dispatch estimates are shown on the product page or confirmed in writing. They are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. We will contact you if a material delay occurs. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person nominated by you.

7. Cancellation and returns

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right generally applies to standard goods bought at a distance. It does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Most Wood and Loom furniture is made to order, so the product page and order details should be checked carefully. This exception does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Full details are in our Returns and Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee and remedies

Consumers in the EU benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity. If goods are faulty or do not match the contract, contact us promptly with photographs and the order reference. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Furniture must be assembled, installed and used according to supplied guidance; wall-mounted pieces require fixings suitable for the wall and professional installation where appropriate.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Romanian law, while mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Please send complaints to rustimodsrl@gmail.com; we will try to resolve them directly and fairly.
