Pine is the current core material for most listed products. Walnut and maple can be discussed for custom pieces where the design, budget and board availability make sense.
Pine
Most current Wood & Loom pieces are made from solid pine. It has a warm rustic character, visible knots and a textured grain that works beautifully with our matt stain finishes.
Walnut
Walnut brings a deeper, calmer and more refined look. It suits media units, shelves and statement pieces where the wood itself should feel rich and substantial.
Maple
Maple gives a lighter, cleaner surface with subtle natural movement. It is a good direction for brighter rooms, modern interiors and pieces where a pale timber look matters.
