Shipping

Every product page shows an estimated dispatch period for production. The estimate starts after payment and after any custom details have been confirmed. We will contact you if materials or workshop capacity cause a significant delay.

Where we deliver

Standard checkout currently supports all configured European destinations except the United Kingdom. This includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Swedenand the non-EU destinations Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein. The confirmed standard tariff is EUR 35 per physical product. The United Kingdom remains quote-only and is not available in checkout. Other quote-required destinations: the United Kingdom.

Delivery price and timing

Made to order in 14 calendar days. Delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Standard checkout delivery is EUR 35 per item, regardless of the supported delivery country selected at checkout. Large custom pieces, unusual dimensions or destinations outside the supported checkout list may need a separate quote before ordering. Transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination, parcel dimensions, customs where relevant and courier capacity. A dispatch estimate is not a guaranteed arrival appointment.

Receiving your order

  • Provide a reachable phone number so the courier can arrange delivery.
  • Check that entrances, stairs and lifts are suitable for the packed dimensions.
  • Inspect the packaging and item promptly, and keep all packaging if damage is visible.
  • Follow any assembly, wall-fixing or care instructions supplied with the item.

Packaging and damage

Furniture is packed with edge protection and reinforced outer packaging appropriate to the item. If transit damage occurs, photograph the packaging, shipping label and item and email rustimodsrl@gmail.com. See our Returns page for the claim process.
