Handmade from solid pine, this narrow sofa console table is designed to sit neatly behind a sofa, along a hallway or in an entryway. Its practical lower slatted shelf provides space for baskets, shoes, books and decor, while the X-frame sides add strength and a distinctive farmhouse character. The standard table is approximately 70 cm high and 25 cm deep. Choose a length of 80, 100, 120 or 140 cm, together with Golden Oak, Walnut or Wenge finish. Custom dimensions and structural adjustments may also be discussed before ordering. Each piece is made to order from solid pine panels together with carefully reprocessed pine workshop offcuts where appropriate. These are clean remnants left from other furniture projects, not reclaimed building timber. Preparing and integrating suitable workshop offcuts takes additional time but helps us use more of every board and reduce unnecessary wood waste without compromising stability, durability or finish quality. Natural grain, knots, tonal movement and small surface marks are characteristics of real timber. The surface is carefully hand-sanded to create a soft rustic patina rather than a factory-perfect finish. Subtle sanding along the edges enhances the handcrafted appearance while retaining the warmth and tactile texture of the wood. The table is finished using wood stain only, without a heavy varnish or synthetic coating. Colour can vary slightly according to grain, density, lighting and screen settings, so exact colour matching is not possible. For safer transport, the table is delivered partially assembled.
